(TSX / STATS) -- Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette was declared inactive for Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts because of an ankle injury.

Fournette suffered the injury in the fourth quarter of last Sunday's loss to the Los Angeles Rams. The first-round rookie did not practice all week and was listed as questionable.

Fournette, the fourth overall pick out of LSU, is second in the league in rushing (596 yards) and carries (130) with six touchdowns in six games. He also has 15 catches for 136 yards and one TD.

Running back Chris Ivory is expected to start for the Jaguars. He has rushed for 162 yards on 40 carries with 16 catches for 143 yards and one touchdown.
