Analysis: All nine of Houston's draft picks are now under contract with training camp beginning Friday. Swearinger, a safety at South Carolina taken 57th overall, had 79 tackles, two interceptions, seven pass breakups, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries for the nation's second-ranked defense. He finished his career with 244 tackles, six interceptions and four forced fumbles in 52 games, including 33 starts.
